KETO-LOCA® Pistache Bonbons

Do you also love pistachio? Then this recipe is definitely for you. Ideal for a quick healthy snack!

Ingredients

  • 75 gr pistachio nuts
  • 50 gr almond flour
  • 40 gr mascarpone
  • 30 gr sweetener (erythritol)
  • 1 bar KETO-LOCA®  White Chocolate

Get baking!

  1. Grind the pistachio nuts in a chopper super-fine (5 min).
  2. Add the sweetener, almond flour and mascarpone.
  3. Mix everything into a whole.
  4. Form small balls and then put them in the freezer.
  5. Melt the KETO-LOCA® chocolate au bain-marie.
  6. After 15 (or more) min, you can remove the pistachio balls from the freezer and roll each of them through the melted chocolate.
  7. Optionally top with some extra pistachio and store in the fridge
