KETO-LOCA® Granola Bowl
A bowl of Greek yoghurt but different! Ideal for a fun breakfast!
Ingredients
- 40 g butter
- 100 g KETO-LOCA® Kickstart Granola & 70% Dark Chocolate
- Greek yoghurt or cream custard
- KETO-LOCA® Chocolate
Let's put it together!
- Melt 40 gr. butter and add 100 gr. granola (possibly slightly crushed) Mix everything well together.
- Use a muffin tin lined with baking tray and ‘stick’ the granola all around. So that you form a tray.
- Put the muffin tin in the freezer for a while so that the tray hardens well. Remove the tray from the freezer and from the tin.
- Now you can fill it with e.g. Greek yoghurt or yummy homemade cream custard. And top with KETO-LOCA® chocolate😉
