KETO-LOCA® Granola Bowl

A bowl of Greek yoghurt but different! Ideal for a fun breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 40 g butter
  • 100 g KETO-LOCA® Kickstart Granola & 70% Dark Chocolate
  • Greek yoghurt or cream custard
  • KETO-LOCA® Chocolate

Let's put it together!

  1. Melt 40 gr. butter and add 100 gr. granola (possibly slightly crushed) Mix everything well together.
  2. Use a muffin tin lined with baking tray and ‘stick’ the granola all around. So that you form a tray.
  3. Put the muffin tin in the freezer for a while so that the tray hardens well. Remove the tray from the freezer and from the tin.
  4. Now you can fill it with e.g. Greek yoghurt or yummy homemade cream custard. And top with KETO-LOCA® chocolate😉
