KETO-LOCA® Frozen Snicker Yoghurt

Making a delicious quick and easy dessert? Or as a snack? Then this KETO-LOCA® frozen snicker yoghurt is definitely for you!

Ingredients

  • Greek yoghurt
  • Peanut butter
  • Sweetener
  • (Caramel extract)
  • Peanuts
  • KETO-LOCA® Dark Chocolate

Get baking!

  1. Mix 5 large tablespoons of Greek yoghurt with 2.5 tablespoons of peanut butter.
  2. Add about 1/2 tsp sweetener (erythritol-based) or however much you like. Possibly add some caramel (in the form of an extract or pour).
  3. Now make mounds, about 7 or 8, with your spoon on a baking sheet (on a cutting board) and top with some salted peanuts.
  4. Put this away in the freezer until everything has hardened
  5. Melt the KETO-LOCA® Dark Chocolate  au bain-marie. And drape this over your frozen yoghurt.
