KETO-LOCA® Crunchy Crackers & Mozzarella Spread

Time for an apero! This of course includes something to nibble on. This delicious fresh spread is easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • Half packet of diary spread
  • Pepper & Salt
  • Lemon Zest
  • A little olive oil
  • Mint leaves
  • Pistachio nuts
  • KETO-LOCA® Crunchy Crackers

How to make

  1. Cut the mozzarella ball into small pieces and mix in the diary spread. May remain chuncky after mixing.
  2. Add the herbs and the lemon zeste.
  3. Top with olive oil, mints & nuts.
  4. And... dip with our KETO-LOCA® Crunchy Crackers!
