KETO-LOCA® Cherry Yoghurt
Start the day with a delicious yoghurt or end the day with this dessert. Because no matter when you take it... it's always a good idea.
Ingredients
- Greek yoghurt
- Frozen cherries
- KETO-LOCA® Kickstart Granola & Dark Chocolate
Getting started!
- Defrost a few cherries in a small saucepan. Mix the juice that is released with the Greek yoghurt. Possibly add some erythritol-based sweetener.
- Put 1 cherry on the bottom as a suprise.
- Fill the glasses with the yoghurt and top with Granola.
Simple, quick & super tasty!
Cherries are not for everyone in the keto lifestyle, hence we really only use a few.
