KETO-LOCA® White Chocolate Mousse
This keto white chocolate mousse is a rich and decadent sugar reduced dessert made with just TWO ingredients!
Ingredients
- 250 g heavy cream
- KETO-LOCA® White Chocolate
Get baking!
- Pour 250 g of the heavy cream into a microwave-safe bowl and heat for about a minute or until it starts to bubble.
- Add the KETO-LOCA® chocolate and gently whisk until the chips have thoroughly melted into the cream. Set aside for 10 minutes to cool.
- Add the remaining heavy cream to a stand mixer and beat until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold the chocolate mixture into the whipped cream.
- Transfer to a serving bowl or dish, and chill in the fridge for at least an hour.
- Garnish with a few extra white chocolate pieces before serving.
