KETO-LOCA® Pistache Bonbons
Do you also love pistachio? Then this recipe is definitely for you. Ideal for a quick healthy snack!
Ingredients
- 75 gr pistachio nuts
- 50 gr almond flour
- 40 gr mascarpone
- 30 gr sweetener (erythritol)
- 1 bar KETO-LOCA® White Chocolate
Get baking!
- Grind the pistachio nuts in a chopper super-fine (5 min).
- Add the sweetener, almond flour and mascarpone.
- Mix everything into a whole.
- Form small balls and then put them in the freezer.
- Melt the KETO-LOCA® chocolate au bain-marie.
- After 15 (or more) min, you can remove the pistachio balls from the freezer and roll each of them through the melted chocolate.
- Optionally top with some extra pistachio and store in the fridge
