KETO-LOCA® Peanut butter cups

These keto peanut butter cups feature a KETO-LOCA® chocolate shell and a rich, creamy peanut butter center. They’re delicious and easy, so whip up a batch today!
Ingredients (for 12 cups):
- 300 gr of KETO-LOCA® Dark Chocolate
- 12 tsp of (unsweetened) peanut butter
- 2 tsp of coconut oil
Let's go!
- Add to a bowl 150 gr of chocolate and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. Melt the chocolate au bain-marie or in the microwave. Stir gently until melted.
- Divide the melted chocolate evenly among the cupcake pans (about 2-½ teaspoons each). Place the pan in the freezer until the top of the chocolate is firm, about 10 minutes.
- Spoon a small teaspoon of the peanut butter onto the center of each solid chocolate layer. Use your fingertip to gently spread it out in a flat, small circle that does not reach the edges. Freeze until the nut butter mixture is firm, about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, refill the small saucepan one-third full with water and bring to a boil. Place a clean heatproof bowl over the water, add the remaining 150 gr of chocolate and 1 tablespoon coconut oil and heat, mixing until smooth.
- Pour about 2 teaspoons of melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer, spreading any residue evenly. Sprinkle with flaky salt. Freeze until firm.
