KETO-LOCA® Overnight Oats
This easy overnight oats recipe is a healthy, make-ahead breakfast that's perfect for busy mornings.
Ingredients
- 100 gr natural yoghurt
- 50 gr protein pudding hazelnut
- 50 gr unsweetened almond milk
- 50 gr of oatmeal
- 7 gr of chia seeds
- 15 gr whey chocolate
- 1 tsp. cocoa powder
- 3 drops of chocolate flavour drops
- 20 gr raspberries
Topping:
- 25 gr KETO-LOCA® White Chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 10 gr KETO-LOCA® Dark Chocolate
- 10 gr puffed spelt
Get baking!
- Mix all ingredients for the overnight oats together and divide between 2 trays.
- In each tray, put 10 grams of raspberries and stir in.
- Melt the KETO-LOCA® white chocolate with the coconut oil au-bain-marie in a pan and pour over the 2 trays.
- Meanwhile, also melt the dark chocolate and pour into a plastic bag and cut off the tip. Make vertical stripes over the white chocolate. Take a skewer and go through it horizontally so you get a nice pattern.
- Put the chocolate you have left over back into your pan and add the puffed spelt and mix well together. Spread all around the edge of your bowl and top with chocolate.
