KETO-LOCA® Frozen Snicker Yoghurt
Making a delicious quick and easy dessert? Or as a snack? Then this KETO-LOCA® frozen snicker yoghurt is definitely for you!
Ingredients
- Greek yoghurt
- Peanut butter
- Sweetener
- (Caramel extract)
- Peanuts
- KETO-LOCA® Dark Chocolate
Get baking!
- Mix 5 large tablespoons of Greek yoghurt with 2.5 tablespoons of peanut butter.
- Add about 1/2 tsp sweetener (erythritol-based) or however much you like. Possibly add some caramel (in the form of an extract or pour).
- Now make mounds, about 7 or 8, with your spoon on a baking sheet (on a cutting board) and top with some salted peanuts.
- Put this away in the freezer until everything has hardened
- Melt the KETO-LOCA® Dark Chocolate au bain-marie. And drape this over your frozen yoghurt.
