KETO-LOCA® Crunchy Crackers & Mozzarella Spread
Time for an apero! This of course includes something to nibble on. This delicious fresh spread is easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- Half packet of diary spread
- Pepper & Salt
- Lemon Zest
- A little olive oil
- Mint leaves
- Pistachio nuts
- KETO-LOCA® Crunchy Crackers
How to make
- Cut the mozzarella ball into small pieces and mix in the diary spread. May remain chuncky after mixing.
- Add the herbs and the lemon zeste.
- Top with olive oil, mints & nuts.
- And... dip with our KETO-LOCA® Crunchy Crackers!
