KETO-LOCA® Chocolate chia pudding

Looking for a tasty and nutritious low-carb breakfast? Then this chocolate chia pudding is perfect! Chia seeds are a true superfood. The seeds are low in carbohydrates and rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fibre.

Ingredients (for 2 portions):

Let's go!

  1. In a large bowl, mix the almond milk, greek yoghurt, chia seeds and vanilla extract well together with a wisk.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate and add to the mixture. Stir everything well.
  3. Leave to stand for 10 minutes. Stir once in a while.
  4. Divide the pudding between 2 glasses. Put in the fridge for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  5. If desired, garnish the pudding with topping.

You can keep the pudding in the fridge for around 2-3 days. So with this recipe you will have breakfast for two days!
