KETO-LOCA® Chocolate chia pudding
Looking for a tasty and nutritious low-carb breakfast? Then this chocolate chia pudding is perfect! Chia seeds are a true superfood. The seeds are low in carbohydrates and rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fibre.
Ingredients (for 2 portions):
- 150 gr unsweetened almond milk
- 100 gr Greek yoghurt
- 35 gr chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 20 gr of KETO-LOCA® Dark Chocolate
- Toppings: melted KETO-LOCA® chocolate of your preference, chopped hazelnuts, chia seeds, fresh fruits
Let's go!
- In a large bowl, mix the almond milk, greek yoghurt, chia seeds and vanilla extract well together with a wisk.
- Melt the dark chocolate and add to the mixture. Stir everything well.
- Leave to stand for 10 minutes. Stir once in a while.
- Divide the pudding between 2 glasses. Put in the fridge for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- If desired, garnish the pudding with topping.
You can keep the pudding in the fridge for around 2-3 days. So with this recipe you will have breakfast for two days!
