KETO-LOCA® Chocolate Bonbons
Chocolate bonbons are always a good idea! They're keto-friendly, easy to make and sooo delicious!
Ingredients for 10 pieces
- 80 g of peanut butter
- 2 tsp melted coconut oil
- 2 tsp of Erythritol powder
- 100 g of almond flour
- Melted KETO-LOCA® Chocolate of your choice
Get baking!
- Mix together the peanut butter and coconut oil and the sugar substitute until it is a bit thinner.
- Add in the almond flour until a dough forms.
- Spread this into silicone molds or on a baking sheet into a slice. Thickness you can decide for yourself.
- Pour the melted chocolate over this and put in the freezer for at least half an hour.
And you're done! So easy and so delicious!
