KETO-LOCA® Bundt Cake Chocolate Duo

This chocolate bundt cake is perfectly moist, sweet, rich and chocolatey with the best chocolate ganache on top from KETO-LOCA®.

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg white
  • 40 gr erythritol 
  • 50 gr unsalted butter
  • 50 gr cream cheese light 
  • 10 gr cocoa powder
  • 25 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla flavouring
  • Pinch of salt
  • 40 gr KETO-LOCA® Dark Chocolate
  • 75 gr almond flour

Topping

  • 80 gr  KETO-LOCA® Milk Chocolate
  • 80 gr of whipped cream unbeaten

Get baking!

  1. Beat the egg and egg white with the erythritol using an electric mixer.
  2. Melt the butter, cream cheese and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. Add the egg mixture once everything is melted.
  4. Add the cocoa powder, almond milk, vanilla flavouring, baking powder, salt and almond flour and stir well.
  5. Spread it over the vanilla cake and put in the oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Check that it is not going too fast otherwise adjust time or put aluminium foil over the top after 30 minutes.
  6. Check with a skewer whether the cake is done. Let the cake cool completely as soon as it comes out of the oven.
  7. Melt the KETO-LOCA® chocolate with the whipping cream in a pan over low heat, stirring all the time so it doesn't burn.
