KETO-LOCA® Blueberry ice cream

A refreshing ice cream is always welcome on hot summer days! These ice creams with blueberries, are ideal for snacking. Because admit it, who can't enjoy a delicious ice cream?

Ingredients: 

  • 200 gr of (Greek) yogurt
  • 100 gr of liquid cream
  • 250 gr of blueberries
  • Optional: 40 gr of erythritol
  • 75 gr of KETO-LOCA® Chocolate

Let's go!

  1. Take a blender, put in the blueberries and a small splash of water. Puree until smooth.
  2. Take a bowl, put the pureed berries into this along with the yogurt and erythritol. Mix until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the whipping cream and then gently mix it into the yogurt mixture.
  4. Now divide the mixture among the ice cream molds and let harden overnight in the freezer.
  5. The next day you can do the topping. Melt your favorite KETO-LOCA® chocolate au-bain-marie.
  6. Take the popsicles out of the freezer. Remove them from the popsicle molds. Pour some melted chocolate over the popsicles, top with any additional topping of your choice. You can also completely dip the popsicles in the chocolate.
  7. Put back in the freezer until you want to enjoy these yummy healthy popsicles.
